EHSwise by Kianda is a leading low-code platform built specifically for Health and Safety (EHS) process automation. Designed to help organizations streamline incident management, audits, inspections, compliance tracking, and employee engagement, our platform empowers safety teams to digitize processes quickly—without writing code.

We are growing rapidly and seeking a passionate and solution-oriented Low-Code Solution Developer to help us design and deliver tailored EHS solutions for our customers.

Role Summary

As a Low-Code Solution Developer, you will play a key role in translating customer requirements into effective and scalable applications using the Kianda Platform. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deploy solutions that align with their EHS goals. You will also engage in requirement gathering, testing, and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities Solution Development

  • Build, configure, and deploy low-code solutions using the Kianda platform.
  • Customize and extend workflows, forms, dashboards, and rules to meet customer-specific EHS needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and UI/UX teams to ensure solutions are user-friendly and meet functional requirements.

Customer Interaction & Requirement Analysis

  • Work directly with customers during discovery sessions to understand their pain points and process needs.
  • Participate in solution design workshops and document functional specifications.
  • Provide demos and prototypes to validate concepts before full delivery.

Lifecycle Management

  • Participate in testing, user training, go-live support, and ongoing enhancement of deployed solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for custom features and implementation steps.
  • Ensure adherence to EHS domain best practices and compliance standards.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise with product and support teams to troubleshoot platform issues or escalate where necessary.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and reusable solution assets.

Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in solution delivery using low-code platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Bubble.io, Power Apps, Nintex, Mendix, AppSheet, Appian, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, form design, business logic, and integration principles.
  • Proven experience interacting with clients to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with EHS domains, compliance workflows, or occupational health and safety platforms.
  • Background in business analysis or process mapping.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to low-code application tools such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate and SharePoint.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on impactful projects in the health and safety domain.
