Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of a variety of events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of on the day event management, ensuring seamless delivery, and providing exceptional guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your hospitality, organisational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment, representing an industry leading company. The ideal applicant will have a flair for hospitality services, excel in staffing management and excellent time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events to completion, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Handle on-the-day event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise promptly.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
  • Manage event timelines, and logistics efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee guest services during events to ensure a high standard of hospitality is maintained.
  • Maintain detailed records of event activities and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple members of staff simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet tight deadlines and coordinate various tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail. This role provides an engaging opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about delivering memorable events while developing their career within the hospitality industry.

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
