Sales & Events Executive

Bradford, West Yorkshire | £30,000 per annum | Full-time, office-based

About ATM Corporate Events Group

Established in 2001, ATM Corporate Events Group has grown into one of the UK’s leading events and hospitality businesses. As a family-run group, we combine a passion for creating exceptional experiences with a commercially ambitious approach to business.

Our group includes ATM Events, ATM Hospitality and our European operation in Stuttgart, Germany. We deliver a wide range of corporate events, themed parties, conferences, award ceremonies and exclusive sporting and concert hospitality experiences.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team and welcome applications from enthusiastic, commercially minded individuals with experience or an interest in sales, events or both.

The Opportunity

We have exciting opportunities available within our growing team for people who want to build a career in the events and hospitality industry.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strengths in either sales and business development or event coordination and delivery. While these areas often work closely together, we recognise that different people bring different skills to the business.

Depending on your experience, interests and strengths, your role will focus more heavily on generating new business and developing client relationships, or coordinating events and supporting their successful delivery.

For candidates who enjoy a combination of both, there will also be opportunities to work across sales and event operations.

You will join a friendly, fast-paced team where initiative, organisation, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued. With a varied portfolio of events and hospitality products, no two days are the same.

What Will the Role Involve?

Responsibilities will vary depending on your strengths and experience, but may include the following areas.

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, email enquiries and our existing client database.
  • Promote and sell our corporate event services and hospitality packages.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products, packages and experiences.
  • Prepare quotations and communicate pricing, availability and package details confidently.
  • Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity using our CRM and internal systems.
  • Keep up to date with sporting fixtures, concerts, venues and our wider product offering.

Event Coordination & Operations

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of a varied programme of corporate events.
  • Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Assist with the preparation of event proposals, presentations and client documentation.
  • Help develop new event concepts, themed experiences and corporate hospitality opportunities.
  • Support event logistics, schedules, budgets and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to marketing activity and the creation of engaging event content.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the planning and delivery process.

Both positions will involve working closely with colleagues across the group. Attendance at events may also be required, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in people who are proactive, organised and enthusiastic about working in a busy events and hospitality environment.

You do not need to have experience across every area listed. We welcome applications from candidates whose skills are strongest in either sales or event coordination.

Essential qualities include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and by email.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
  • A willingness to attend events when required.
  • The ability to commute to our Bradford office.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • B2B sales, business development or account management.
  • Meeting sales targets and developing new client relationships.
  • Working within an events, hospitality or venue environment.
  • Coordinating conferences, gala dinners, award ceremonies or themed events.
  • Preparing client proposals, presentations or marketing materials.
  • Working with CRM systems and internal sales processes.

Experience in sporting or concert hospitality would be beneficial for sales-focused applicants, but it is not essential. Equally, we welcome candidates with event coordination experience who are looking to develop their commercial skills.

Salary, Benefits & Rewards

  • Salary of £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Opportunities for salary progression and internal promotion.
  • Your birthday off, plus 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays.
  • Staff incentives and rewards.
  • Healthcare benefits.
  • Discounts on holidays, hotels and flights.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Opportunities to attend and work at a variety of exciting events.

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
