Job Summary
Beefy's skips are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of part time call handler. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyse data effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Booking in Skips, liaising with drivers and customers via the telephone and other admin duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Hours Monday 8.00 TO 13.00
  • Tuesday 1.30 TO 18.00 plus one Saturday in three 8.30 TO 13.00
  • second position available
  • Hours 10 to 15.00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday am 8.30 to 13.00

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Experience in upselling or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Must be flexible with hours to cover sickness and holidays
