Full job description

  • About The Role

  • We're looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of Head of Manufacturing at Printcraft in Baildon, near Bradford. At Printcraft we manufacture the groups UK greetings cards, wrap and POS for all cardfactory stores. We’re a forward-thinking business with state of the art equipment operating a large site 24/7, producing around ¼ billion items per annum.

If you’re passionate about leading people, building high-performing teams and driving business success, this is a great role for you. As the senior manufacturing leader, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operation, ensuring we continue to deliver great results while developing our people and capabilities for the future.

Leading teams across multiple shift patterns, you'll create a culture built on accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with teams across the wider business, influencing decisions, driving change and ensuring manufacturing remains a strong competitive advantage for the Group.

We're looking for someone who can inspire, engage and bring people with them. You may already be an experienced senior leader, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career and have demonstrated strong leadership potential through your ability to develop others, lead change and deliver results. We're interested in individuals who naturally build trust, create high-performing teams and positively influence those around them. Strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery will be important for success in this role.

Whilst manufacturing leadership experience is important, we're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate outstanding leadership capability, a passion for people development and the ability to build a high-performing culture that delivers sustainable results.

If you're ready for your next leadership challenge and want to make a lasting impact on the future of our manufacturing operation, we'd love to hear from you.
