About The Role

We’re looking for creative designers to join our card team. If you’ve got a great eye for layout, pattern, illustration, and colour, plus solid technical skills and a love for detail, you’ll fit right in. We’re after someone adaptable, imaginative, and excited to bring their creative energy to the team.

We have multiple opportunities available;

  • X1 Full Time Permanent
  • X1 Part-Time 6 Month FTC
  • X1 Full Time 6 Month FTC

We’re based at Junction 41 in Wakefield, and there’s free parking. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.

You’ll need previous experience as a greetings card designer for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll be creating commercial designs for our greetings card ranges. You’ll be developing original concepts from scratch alongside reformatting existing designs into fresh new layouts.

You’ll also be responsible for preparing accurate, print-ready artwork files that meet production standards. On top of that, we’d love for you to bring your trend-spotting skills to the table - researching what’s out there and contributing ideas to help shape our future collections.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience in designing greeting cards.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills - especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A versatile style and keen eye for typography, layout, illustration, and colour.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Why you’ll love it here:

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team where creativity thrives, and ideas are valued. We’re passionate about what we do - and we’re looking for someone who shares that energy
