Full job description

Job Overview
Candy Care Group are looking for a support worker/s with a background in complex care to support our client in the evenings during weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 6-9.

My client now requires support in the evening which involves the following:

  • Monitoring blood glucose levels using libre sensor or finger prick test.
  • Monitoring for signs of a hypo.
  • Ensuring he has an appropriate evening snack.
  • Prompt to take evening medication.
  • Support with getting reading for bed.

This is an ongoing role with an ASAP start.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maidstone ME16: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
