We are looking for professionals who are not only skilled and experienced, but who also bring warmth, empathy, and strong boundaries. You will play a key role in helping young people make sense of their experiences, develop resilience, and move forward in a more positive and empowered way.
You will work collaboratively with school staff, including SEND and pastoral teams, contributing to a joined-up approach that supports student wellbeing within a safe and structured framework.
