The Role

We are hiring exactly five people for a new division focused on our AI-based fintech products for the stock market and cryptocurrency. It is high-trust, high-stakes selling to sophisticated retail and institutional buyers. This is a client-facing role for people with sharp communication, strong judgement, and the ability to build trust in serious conversations. Finance experience is helpful. It is not the deciding factor.

Who We Are Looking ForPreferred

• 1–5 years in finance, consulting, engineering, sales, or another high-performance environment
• High verbal intelligence. Proven ability to negotiate with clear and confident communication
• Natural confidence: calm, composed, and not sounding rehearsed
• Competitive by nature, with evidence of high standards in work, sport, music, academics, or business
• Strong judgement when the stakes are high
• Comfortable working outside standard hours when commercially required

• No direct finance experience, but exceptional work ethic and high aptitude

Job Overview

You will work directly with senior operators who have conducted business with multiple banks and hedge funds across the United States. They will be coming from Austin, Texas and Miami, Florida to establish a London Office. Everyone else is shrinking in size, we are growing at the front of the AI boom.

You will receive real training, direct mentorship, and early responsibility. This is not hand-holding. It is close exposure to people who move quickly, expect high standards, and know how serious revenue is built.

The right candidate will be developed properly, challenged consistently, and trusted with meaningful client conversations early.

This is strictly an office-based role.

What You’ll Do

• Stay on top of market trends, learn to constantly monitor what the top 5 asset classes are doing
• Build new client opportunities through proactive outreach
• Lead high-value conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Present product and technology demonstrations clearly
• Negotiate with prospective clients and help close revenue-driving deals

Compensation & Progression

• £40,000 starting base salary
• UNCAPPED commission in addition to base salary
