About the Role:

You will guide patients through every stage of their journey — from initial consultation to surgery and recovery — offering reassurance, education, and compassionate support throughout.

Alongside this patient-facing role, you will also play a key part in our digital presence. Social media is an essential part of how we connect with and attract new patients, so you will help to represent the consultants work and the hospital’s values online — capturing the artistry, precision, and care that define our practice, and inspiring confidence in prospective patients.

Working closely with our consultants surgeon, you will ensure each patient’s journey reflects the highest standards of clinical excellence, discretion, and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional pre- and post-operative patient care in a clinical environment
• Support the consultants during consultations and procedures, upholding the utmost professionalism and discretion
• Serve as the point of contact for patients, ensuring continuity and comfort throughout their journey
• Provide clear, detailed patient education, fostering trust and understanding at every stage
• Work in content creation for social media, showcasing our results, expertise and approach to patient care with sensitivity and professionalism
• Maintain impeccable clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and confidentiality
