Site Supervisor

Location: Weston Super Mare

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

What you’ll do:

You’ll support the Contract Manager by coordinating field teams, monitoring quality, planning work schedules, and ensuring Health & Safety standards are met. This is a practical, on-the-ground role where you’ll lead by example, operate machinery when needed, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and support Field Teams to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance
  • Carry out daily site checks and resolve issues quickly
  • Plan PPM and extra works, ensuring efficient delivery
  • Operate and maintain grounds maintenance machinery
  • Ensure Health & Safety, environmental, and quality compliance
  • Keep accurate records and attend client meetings when required
  • Identify and support the delivery of additional works

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
  • SSSTS
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Confidence using modern equipment and following H&S procedures
