Full job description

Brackenwood Property & Estates Management are looking to recruit a Grounds Operator for the management & servicing of open space developments.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience.

Candidate Duties:

  • Grass cutting
  • Strimming
  • Pruning
  • Leaf collection
  • Spraying & Weed Control
  • Litter Collection
  • Mechanical Edging
  • Tree Planting
  • Shrub Planting
  • Lawn Preparation / Seeding

Candidate Requirements:

  • Full clean driving license (Essential)
  • Trailer License preferred
  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Gardening Maintenance and operating gardening machinery

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Observing and Complying with client site rules & regulations
  • Adhering to the companies’ policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of Health & Safety,
  • To work as part of a team
  • To ensure the quality of work is delivered to an excellent standard
  • Ensuring work is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
