We are looking for existing Icelandic to English Translator - AI Trainer to help train AI models. You will test how well these models understand and write in Icelandic, check their reasoning, and help raise the quality of each new version.

We're currently expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI to communicate naturally in Icelandic, with the grammar, tone, and cultural knowledge of a native speaker.

In this role, you may:

• Write prompts in Icelandic on a wide range of everyday and specialized topics.
• Review AI responses for grammar, fluency, and natural phrasing.
• Check whether answers reflect local culture, customs, and current context accurately.
• Compare model responses side by side and choose the stronger one.
• Translate between Icelandic and English while preserving meaning and tone.

Responsibilities:

• Share structured feedback that makes each version more reliable.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong writing skills in both languages.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is preferred but not required.
