  • Work with specialists across the business to deliver holistic, tailored advice.
  • Monitor client portfolios and ensure investment strategies remain effective.
  • Mentor junior team members and share your knowledge to help them grow.
  • Support business development by preparing proposals and contributing to new initiatives.
  • Engage with the wider industry through thought leadership, blogs, or conferences

About You

Essential:
  • 2–5 years of experience in investment consulting or institutional investment, ideally with UK pension clients.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment strategy.
  • Confident communicator who can present to sophisticated clients.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Desirable:
  • CFA, FIA, or equivalent qualification (or working towards one).
  • Knowledge of sustainable investment principles.
  • Interest in contributing to industry discussions through writing or speaking.
