JOB DESCRIPTION – Client Success Coordinator
Brief Description
Support sales operations and service teams to keep daily activities and projects running efficiently whilst liaising with clients and keeping them informed.
Managing client orders, returns, and sample requests, addressing any related operational challenges, and escalating matters to the appropriate team or Manager when necessary to ensure client satisfaction and effective business outcomes.
Reports to : Client Success Manager
Accountabilities
· Sales contact for assigned clients and new inquiries
· Developing and building relationships with new and existing clients primarily through regular telephone, Teams and email contact
· Collaborating with the internal operations team, suppliers and partners to ensure client expectations are met
· Preparing Quotations
· Order Processing
· Management of exchange & returns process
· Procurement & stock management
· Sourcing equipment and securing optimal pricing.
· Benchmark supplier prices to maximise gross margin.
· Keep all orders and sales correspondence stored electronically to meet management and audit needs.
Performance Measures:
· Managing and servicing client requirements by raising quotations, proposals/Sales enquiries and contract renewals
· Accurate Quotation delivery
· Accurate order processing.
· Maintain accurate and complete records in the CRM system (Halo)
· Prompt handling of exchange and return requests.
· Customer Satisfaction

· Build strong and professional relationships with key individuals among your clients, prospects, suppliers, partners, and all internal staff.
· Sound knowledge of business processes
· Administrative background and strong organisational abilities
· Possesses a careful, systematic style and remains effective when meeting deadlines or handling stressful situations.
· Demonstrates strong technological aptitude and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
