Consortium24 are expanding! Building on our successes and future projects we are recruiting a fantastic Marketing Assistant to continue to propel the business and our expansion to make next year even more remarkable.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to capture and share the powerful impact stories from our growing client base. Your skills will play a critical role in building the company's content library, enabling our growth strategy and demonstrating the value of collaborative work in the health and social care sector, with a strong voice of people with lived experience.

This role is ideal for a graduate looking to further develop hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a consulting environment. You will work directly with the lead Managing Partners to assist in content creation, marketing product development, digital campaigns, brand strengthening and growth generation from effective CRM.

The primary purpose of the role is to be the proactive force behind client management in the form of communications, content, networking, and platform-based interactions and to lead the development and design of increased high-quality content and activity for external CRM platforms and purposes, ensuring every asset supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agreed stakeholder targeted digital marketing campaigns (social media, networking plans, client and key contact lists and website updates).
  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies.
  • Create a set of brand guidelines for the business with accompanying tools and products.
  • Create, segment and curate a stakeholder database
  • Help refresh, maintain and update the company website (e.g., blog posts, enhancements, re-design opportunities).
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g. social engagement, relationship network activity, contact management performance etc.).
  • Lead in the development of marketing materials (posts, case studies and presentations, social value statements, brochures, VLOGs etc).
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Type: Part-Time (15 hours) and Fixed Term

Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

Pay: £12.71phr (plus pension subject to eligibility and expensed as per policy) Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of their application.
