Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Chinese Medicine healthcare, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a professional environment. Please note that we require someone who can speak both Mandarin and English.

Duties

  • Greet patients and assist them with check-in procedures efficiently and courteously
  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper organisation of medical supplies
  • Take vital signs, record patient histories, and update medical records accurately
  • Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Support inventory management by ordering supplies as needed

Skills

  • Speak both Mandarin and English.
  • Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
