Full job description

Graduate Development Manager

Join Our Dynamic Team at Eluvis Group

We are excited to welcome a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Development Manager to our innovative property development team. If you're passionate about shaping the future of residential communities and ready to dive into the heart of real estate projects, this role offers the perfect launchpad for your career.

About the Role

Launch your professional journey in the vibrant world of residential property development with hands-on involvement from concept to completion. Collaborating side-by-side with seasoned leaders, you'll focus on supporting our delivery operations while dipping into land acquisition and planning functions. This broad exposure will illuminate every phase—from initial site evaluations and viability studies to final handover—building your expertise in areas like design oversight, cost modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and on-site execution. Along the way, you'll hone essential technical and business acumen to fuel your ascent in the industry.

Perfect for an enterprising recent graduate who excels in fast-paced small-to-medium enterprises, relishes tackling challenges head-on, and is keen to absorb knowledge across diverse facets of development.

Key Responsibilities

· Play a key role in steering residential projects (typically 20-100 units) from initial approvals to seamless project closeout.

· Partner with leadership to select and orchestrate teams of external specialists, ensuring smooth integration.

· Track advancements by consultants and builders, safeguarding timelines, financial targets, and top-tier standards.

· Help craft essential project artifacts, such as detailed client briefs and Employer’s Requirements.

· Contribute to financial forecasting, timeline planning, risk mitigation and performance analytics.

· Conduct in-depth investigations, site viability analyses and thorough background checks for emerging opportunities.

· Represent the team at on-site inspections, collaborative design sessions and key stakeholder engagements.

· Champion the adoption of streamlined tools and methodologies to enhance oversight and operational agility.

Ideal Candidate

· Hold a Bachelor's or Master's qualification in Quantity Surveying or a closely aligned field.

· Prior exposure via internships, work placements, or entry-level positions is a plus, though not required—we value potential over pedigree.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; bonus points for experience with tools like Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam.

· Excel in clear communication, meticulous organization and creative problem-solving.

· Bring a team-oriented approach, coupled with proactive energy and a rapid learning curve.

· Thrive in high-stakes settings, juggling priorities with poise and consistently hitting key milestones.

What We Offer

· A secure, full-time position with an attractive entry-level compensation package tailored for graduates.

· Flexible hybrid setup: Based at our state-of-the-art Canary Wharf office in London, with 1-2 remote days per week.

· An energizing, collaborative atmosphere in a forward-thinking SME, where projects drive progress and ideas flourish.

· Generous 28 days of annual leave (encompassing public holidays), plus a special day off to celebrate your birthday.

This role is more than a job—it's your gateway to becoming a pivotal player in transformative property ventures. If this sparks your ambition, we can't wait to hear from you!
