Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reigate (Office and Site split)

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a long-established consultancy delivering prestigious, high-value projects for clients across the UK and internationally. With succession opportunities up to Director level, this role offers huge potential for progression.

This consultancy has been operating for over 70 years, providing project management and quantity surveying services to an impressive client base, including internationally renowned organisations and world leaders.

With offices in the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, and a strong pipeline of high-profile projects, the UK team is now looking to grow significantly, offering ambitious professionals the chance to be part of an exciting period of expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for valuations, contractor management, commercial meetings, and reporting. You will work closely with clients, ensuring high-quality service and delivery while supporting the growth of the UK business. This is a client-facing role requiring autonomy, professionalism, and strong commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a degree in surveying. Consultancy or contractor backgrounds are both welcome, client-facing ability is essential.
