Field Service Technician

£28,000–£32,600 + OTE £3,000 bonus

East Midlands, Nottingham depot (NG13)

Would suit someone living in the Grantham/Newark/Melton Mowbray area.
Company vehicle, available for personal use.
Full-time, permanent

MUST have gaming machine servicing experience.

The Rudd Group is expanding and looking for an experienced Gaming Machine Field Service Technician to work across the East Midlands area. Ideally we would be looking for someone the cover the Granthem/ Melton Mowbray/Newark and surrounding area. This is a mobile, hands-on role installing and servicing gaming and electromechanical equipment in customer venues.

Key duties

Install, service, and repair gaming/electromechanical equipment
Act as the first point of contact for customers on site
Work independently and manage your own daily schedule
Follow health & safety and manual handling procedures

What we’re looking for

Must have at least 2 years experience of servicing gaming machines or similar.
Good technical and electrical fault-finding skills
Customer-focused and confident working face to face
Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Full UK driving licence
