Summer Sales Advisor - Temporary Contract

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with customers, with a particular focus on selling Back-to-School products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and building relationships with young customers and their parents/guardians, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for them.
• Close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Undertake tasks that ensure the smooth running of the store.
• Assist in maintaining the standards of the store at the request of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
