  • £37,000 per annum plus performance-related pay
  • Permanent | Full-time
  • Immediate start
  • Field-based across London (regular visits to Croydon/Hackney. Travel expenses will be covered).

Strive Training is looking for a commercially driven Employer Engagement and Recruitment Manager who can build strong employer relationships and turn them into real recruitment opportunities for our learners.

This is a hands-on, target-focused role. You will identify and secure new employer partners, generate live vacancies, arrange guaranteed interviews and work trials, and help Strive learners progress into sustainable employment.

You will take ownership of an employer pipeline, develop existing accounts and work closely with colleagues to match work-ready candidates to suitable opportunities.

What you will do

  • Win new employer partnerships across London.
  • Generate vacancies, interviews and recruitment opportunities.
  • Develop existing employer accounts and repeat business.
  • Match suitable learners to vacancies.
  • Coordinate applications, interviews and employer feedback.
  • Organise recruitment events and employer-led activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, vacancy and outcome records.
  • Contribute to employment outcome and performance targets.

About you

You will be confident, proactive and motivated by results. You will have experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, account management or employability, together with a strong track record of developing relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Experience or employer contacts within Health and Social Care, Hospitality, Warehousing and Logistics, Customer Service, Business Administration or Digital sectors would be an advantage.
