We are hiring a Dietitian

Xyla (part of Acacium Group)

We are hiring a Dietitian to join Xyla who are an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system.

In this role you will provide behavioural and lifestyle change guidance to service users on the NHS digital weight management programme.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver personalised one to one patient consultations via telephone call, using motivational interviewing and behavioural support to work towards their health goals

  • Maintain accurate, confidential and up to date clinical records and maintain confidentiality

  • Support the service user engagement strategy to drive service user satisfaction and retention

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified dietitian, HCPC registered

  • Experience working with individuals to achieve health goals
