We are looking for experienced, operationally focused Shift Managers. Our main goal is to make and serve great quality pizzas at speed, whilst looking after our dedicated customers and leading a large team efficiently.
The Shift Manager role is a fast paced, hands-on role. We’ll support you as you grow and develop as a manager. If you can work at pace, managing quality through your team, you’ll be able to produce great results as a supervisor with us.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Lead by example in food safety practices and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Assist in bartending duties when required
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff in cooking techniques and menu execution
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Provide training to team members on food preparation techniques
- Ensure smooth operation during service hours
Skills:
- Proficient in culinary arts with a focus on food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality setting is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
