Join KAIKAKU.AI as a Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced control systems for our Fusion robot and other mechatronics. You'll ensure peak hardware performance, collaborate across engineering teams, and validate real-world progression, directly impacting the future of the restaurant industry with innovative, effective technology.

What you will do:

  • Design, improve, and develop control systems and architectures for the Fusion bowl assembly robot and other mechatronics.

  • Take full ownership of control-related performance characteristics across all hardware, from conveyor accuracy to mass dispensing.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses extensive experience with system identification of real-world dynamical systems.

  • Has a proven track record of deploying control systems and architectures to real-world hardware, beyond simulation.

  • Demonstrates deep knowledge and understanding of various controllers, extending beyond basic PID implementations.
