Join a values-led team where you’ll guide others, deliver best practice, and help shape outstanding care in a residential setting.
Job Title: Residential Senior Support Worker

About You:
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will provide dedicated support to a young person in one of our Ofsted registered homes. · At least 12 months experience as a support worker, health care assistant, or similar, working with significant challenging behaviour. This will be in either secure or residential settings
· Experience of leading a shift and showcasing leadership qualities associated in a residential setting
· Be certified and have experience in intervention training (such as PMVA)
· A strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
· Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a good working knowledge of using IT equipment
