Full job description
Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist
£25,660 - £27,069 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term until July 2028
About the Role
This is an exciting time to join Hartpury, one of the UK’s leading sports and land based, residential Colleges in the sector with outstanding teaching and sporting facilities. Hartpury’s strategic vision is to be both a university and college on a single site ensuring parity of esteem between further and higher education; this will make Hartpury unique in the sector.
- You will be a passionate Chartered Physiotherapist, Graduate Sports Therapist or Graduate Rehabilitation Therapist.
- You will hold relevant governing body memberships and insurance to join our current clinical team.
- You will provide a high-quality clinical service to a designated group of student athletes.
- You will manage your own caseload within Hartpury’s Sports Injury Clinic, under the guidance of the Clinical Lead and Head of Medical Services.
About You
- You will hold a degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation.
- Hold current governing body membership as relevant to your degree, such as: Health, Care Professions Council and Chartered, Society of Physiotherapists, or Society of Sports Therapists, or British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers.
- Qualifications held in other relevant areas such as Sports Massage or Acupuncture, are desirable.
- You will be able to demonstrate experience with developmental athletes, and have the ability to educate, advise and motivate individuals.
