Overview

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of beauty treatments while delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for clients. The ideal applicant will be passionate about the beauty industry, confident in delivering treatments, and committed to maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of beauty treatments to a professional standard, including:
  • Facials
  • Waxing treatments
  • Manicures and pedicures
  • Eyelash and eyebrow treatments
  • Massage therapies
  • Body treatments
  • Skin care consultations
  • Carry out client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and fully prepared.
  • Promote and sell retail products and additional services where appropriate.
  • Maintain high standards of customer care and professionalism.
  • Follow health and safety procedures, hygiene regulations, and salon policies.
  • Keep up to date with current beauty trends, techniques, and products.

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent recognised qualification).
  • Previous salon, spa, or clinic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with advanced treatments (laser, aesthetics support, electrical facial/body treatments, etc.).
  • Retail sales experience.
  • Additional beauty qualifications or specialist training.
