We're looking for a Store Manager to join our Brent Cross OFFICE store!

Our OFFICE store teams are passionate, knowledgeable and energetic and we are always on the look out for new individuals to help us deliver a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.

As a Store Manager for OFFICE you will act as an OFFICE brand ambassador; You will inspire, coach and lead the team to deliver excellence as well as drive growth and KPI’s. You will be passionate about setting and maintaining high standards throughout your store and helping this to shine through in your team’s excellent customer service.

What are we looking for?

  • A genuine passion for retail, footwear and fashion
  • Availability to work full time with complete flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to read sales reports and also spot any key opportunities for sales growth
  • A strong retailing background with solid experience at Assistant/ Store Manager level
  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire your team
