Sales Executive — BT (BT Local Business)
Liverpool, Chester & North Wales
£28,000 Basic | £38,000–£42,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission

If you're ambitious, target-driven and motivated by uncapped commission — we want to talk. No telecoms experience needed; just a proven ability to sell, a desire to win and the hunger to build a serious income.

You'll sell the full BT portfolio — mobile, connectivity, cloud voice, broadband and security — winning and developing SME clients across the region through a relationship-led approach.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Winning and developing new and existing SME accounts across the Liverpool, Chester and North Wales territory
  • Selling across the full BT product portfolio including mobile, connectivity and hosted/VoIP solutions
  • Running consultative discovery calls with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and internal CRM systems
  • Driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell and deeper portfolio penetration

What We're Looking For

✔ Sales experience beneficial but not essential — just bring the drive and willingness to earn
✔ Comfortable engaging business owners and senior decision-makers
✔ Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
✔ CRM disciplined (Salesforce preferred)
✔ Motivated by earnings and progression

The Package

  • £28,000 basic salary
