  • Statistical and quantitative analysis skills for performance tracking and forecasting. Experience in designing and developing management information systems and dashboards would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations and performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, SLAs).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights to senior management.
  • Confidence in leading discussions with stakeholders across various levels, including suppliers and internal teams.

Supply Chain and Operational Knowledge:

  • Understanding of multi-site production and supplier network management.
  • Experience in monitoring supplier and processor performance against contracts and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier relations.
  • Familiarity with productivity optimization and operational efficiency principles.

Project Management and Organization:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to streamline data management and reporting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in the nutrition, food production, or manufacturing industry.

What you’ll get from us:
