Job Summary

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting senior role here at Harewood.

We're looking for an exceptional Manager to run our busy, buzzy Cafe & Bistro, Muddy Boots in the heart of Harewood Village.

The Cafe has become a focal point for life at Harewood; whether you live locally, work nearby, are visiting or you’re a foodie coming to one of our Bistro evenings.

The Manager will be instrumental in pushing the venue forward on to the next stage of its development.

We put strong emphasis on delivering great quality food, service and coffees in a warm and welcoming environment at a great value price.

We're looking for someone who shares these values and can help us to push standards to a new level.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to grow and diversify an already established brand whilst also growing and developing your career within hospitality.

Candidates need to have experience working at Manager or Assistant Manager level at a hospitality venue.

About you

You must have a natural passion for hospitality and a drive to delivering the best customer experiences possible.

In addition, you will:

  • Have previous café, restaurant, hospitality management experience
  • Be confident leading and motivating a team
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be friendly, approachable and passionate about customer service
  • Can work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Have a good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
  • Be commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility for sales and costs
  • Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on
  • Understand the importance of maintaining control over running costs

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
