Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction, assisting with any questions about their child's classes and also running the club shop, the shops offer general gymnastics type clothing or training essentials, as well as coffee, experience as a barista is essential. The role includes a large number of administrative duties, so good computer knowledge is also essential. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare drink items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the customer service area
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of food products
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- General administration tasks

Skills:
- Barista: Knowledge of basic barista techniques and safety standards
- Basic math: Ability to perform simple calculations for cash transactions and order accuracy
- Time management: Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards
- Helpfulness: Willingness to assist customers and provide exceptional service

Working Hours:
Most hours are required in evenings and weekends. If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

  • Tuesdays 3.30 - 7.30pm
  • Thursdays 3.30 - 7.30 pm
  • Saturdays 9am - 4pm
  • Sundays 8.45.am - 3.45pm
