Full job description

We have an opportunity for a part-time Cleaner to join our Leicester based team working for a company that offers premium accommodation to students.

Hours: Part time - minimum: 25 hours per week

The Role will be mainly cleaning (80%) with some other property management responsibilities (20%) as detailed below.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning

  • Domestic cleaning
  • Provide regular monthly cleaning service to high end student houses
  • Perform end of tenancy cleans
  • Perform end of refurb cleans
  • Respond to cleaning emergencies
  • Occasional travel to Sheffield and Chester may be required

Lettings Assistant

Assist the property managers with property management tasks as required. This may include:

  • Inspections
  • Check ins / check outs
  • Inventories

There may be occasional travel to other cities, accommodation will be provided where required.
During our busiest period over the summer you will be required to work up to 48 hours per week for no more than 6 weeks.
