About the Role

Due to Expansion, T3 Security Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager (Night Time Economy) in Yorkshire to lead and manage our door supervision operations across multiple venues within the night-time economy.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for operational performance, compliance, staff management, and client relationships, ensuring a high-quality, professional, and customer-focused security service at all times.

This is a hands-on management role requiring flexibility, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to operational excellence. You will be managing contracts within Yorkshire. You must be able to work weekends.

Pay will be discussed at Interview Stage.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

· Lead and manage Door Supervision teams across multiple sites and contracts

  • Ensure full compliance with SIA regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures
  • Develop, review, and maintain Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments
  • Conduct regular site visits, including evenings and out-of-hours inspections

Client & Venue Management

· Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned venues

  • Hold regular meetings with clients and venue management to review service delivery
  • Manage incidents, complaints, and operational issues, ensuring effective resolution

People Management

· Recruit, interview, and onboard Door Supervision staff

  • Create and manage staff rotas to ensure full operational coverage
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and welfare
  • Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures where required

Training, Compliance & Quality

· Identify training needs and ensure continuous staff development

  • Carry out site and staff audits with clear reporting and action plans
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, uniform compliance, and conduct

Reporting & Administration

· Produce accurate incident, audit, and performance reports

  • Maintain up-to-date operational records and documentation
  • Support HR investigations and escalations when required

Essential Requirements

· Current SIA Door Supervision Licence

  • Proven management experience within the security industry (door supervision)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Smart, professional, and presentable
