£13.00 per hour | Paid Monthly | 4-Day Working Week | 7:00am – 5:00pm

The role

As a Driver, you'll play a key role in delivering furniture and household goods safely into customers' homes while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out daily vehicle defect checks using our digital reporting system.
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work in both the warehouse and on the road.
  • Accurately checking goods in and out.
  • Loading your vehicle carefully and securely against delivery documentation.
  • Delivering goods into customers' homes in accordance with delivery instructions.
  • Handling products with care to minimise damage.
  • Working efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Communicating professionally with customers, colleagues and management, resolving issues where appropriate.
  • Following all company policies and procedures at all times.

What you'll need

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A minimum of 2 years' driving experience.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to undertake manual handling as part of a two-person delivery team.

Previous warehouse or home delivery experience is desirable, but not essential. If you have transferable skills and the right attitude, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
