The Role

As a Property Consultant, you'll work with buyers, sellers and investors across Dubai's property market, helping clients make informed property decisions while building your own successful career.

Your responsibilities will include:

⁠ ⁠Build relationships with buyers, sellers and investors

⁠ ⁠Generate new business and grow your client base

⁠ ⁠Conduct property viewings

⁠ ⁠Negotiate offers and manage property sales

⁠ ⁠Deliver exceptional customer service

⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with market trends

⁠ ⁠Achieve individual targets within a supportive team

Who We're Looking For

Earnings

This is a commission-only position with no basic salary.

Our consultants start on a 50% commission split, with the opportunity to increase to 65% commission as they consistently achieve performance milestones.

With uncapped, tax-free commission, your earning potential is entirely in your hands, rewarding ambition, consistency and long-term success.

Pay: Up to £77,180.68 per year
