Full job description

We’re passionate about Rec Tech and obsessed with helping our customers swim faster to success. As an Implementation Consultant (as you’ll be known here!), you’ll be at the heart of transforming our customers’ businesses—leading seamless onboarding experiences, executing smooth data migrations, overseeing upgrade requirements and delivering expert system training.

You’ll use your expertise in change management and deep understanding of the recruitment industry to guide and influence customers to adopt best practices, allowing them to maximise the value they gain from Firefish.

You'll find this role exciting if:

  • You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for supporting others to achieve maximum results.
  • You have enjoyed being the key point of contact either for the implementation of a CRM system, or for colleagues' questions on how to use your existing CRM.
  • You love taking data and translating this into meaningful strategies, optimising processes, improving performance and embracing continuous improvement.

We’ll be excited about you if:

  • You have at least 12 months of hands-on experience as a recruiter, recruitment account manager, within Talent Acquisition or in an operational role within a recruitment team.
  • You have solid understanding of recruitment workflows, talent acquisition best practices, and the unique challenges recruitment agencies face in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • You have experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to stay organised and meet deadlines.

We appreciate that to have a good life at work you need to have a good life outside of work too! So, for this role we offer:

  • A basic salary of £26k- £32k per annum
  • Remote-first working & flexible hours: adjust your schedule to fit around your out-of-work commitments (as long as you're available for our core hours!)
  • 25 days holiday (plus 8 public holidays)
  • Medical cashback for optical, dental, therapy treatments and consultations up to £1170 per year for you, and additional allowance for dependent children
  • Private healthcare, GP service, healthclub discounts, retail discounts and cashback
  • 24/7 mental health support line, face-to-face CBT sessions, and in-house mental health first aider
  • Structured career development programmes and in-house coaches
