Job Overview
Brooke House College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Football Coach to support the delivery of its elite football programme. The successful candidate will develop talented student-athletes through high-quality coaching, performance analysis, and player mentoring while promoting both football excellence and academic success.

Responsibilities

  • · Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions in line with the academy philosophy.
  • Support the technical, tactical, physical, and personal development of players.
  • Coach academy teams during fixtures, tournaments, and showcase events.
  • Monitor player progress and contribute to individual development plans.
  • Work closely with academy, education, and welfare staff to support student-athlete development.
  • Assist with player recruitment, trials, and academy events.
  • Assist with planning and running summer school football courses.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to performance reviews.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and college policies.

Person Specification

Essential

  • UEFA C Licence (or equivalent).
  • FA Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications.
  • Experience coaching youth players in a school, academy, or club environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and player welfare.

Desirable

  • UEFA B Licence or higher.
  • Experience within a professional academy setting.
  • Knowledge of performance analysis and player development programmes.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
