Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and experience in various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse tasks effectively. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing our projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs across various areas.
  • Utilise power tools and hand tools for tasks such as fabrication, masonry, painting, and roofing.
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while working on-site.
  • Maintain an organised workspace and adhere to best practices for tool usage and maintenance.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Experience in masonry, painting, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and general building.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients.
