Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate IBM Cloud Trainer to join our team. This remote role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in IBM Cloud technologies, who can deliver engaging and practical training sessions to learners of diverse skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct online training sessions on IBM Cloud services, tools, and best practices tailored to the learner’s background and goals.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course content, hands-on labs, and training materials to stay aligned with IBM Cloud advancements and industry demands.
• Personalized Coaching: Provide one-on-one or group mentoring to learners, addressing their queries and guiding them through practical exercises.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of IBM Cloud updates, certifications, and industry trends to ensure the training program's relevance and quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the EkasCloud team to enhance training strategies and share innovative ideas for improving learner engagement.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in IBM Cloud services such as IBM Cloud Pak, Watson AI, Kubernetes Service, Virtual Servers, and Storage Solutions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, security, and migration strategies.
• Certifications: IBM Cloud certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Solution Architect, IBM Certified Application Developer) are highly preferred.
• Training Experience: Proven experience in conducting online technical training or workshops.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a learner-centric approach to training.
• Tools: Familiarity with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and tools for creating interactive course content.
• Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.
