About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced UX/UI Engineer with strong expertise in Banking domain who will overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

• Deliver end-to-end from requirement design build test production support
  Break down work into stories tasks ship iteratively using flow-based delivery
• Design UI solutions and implement them using semantic HTML CSS vanilla JS and Web Components
• Improve shared UI libraries patterns and documentation examples to drive adoption
• Champion accessibility and semantic HTML standards through hands-on delivery and mentoring
• Pair with others mentor juniors through coaching and constructive feedback.
Identify technical debt and help prioritise improvements

Your Skills:
Essential skills

• Strong HTMLCSSJS fundamentals responsive and crossbrowser
• Demonstrable UIvisual design judgement not just implementation
• Strong practical accessibility implementation keyboardfocuslabellingheadings pragmatic ARIA WCAG principles
• Experience contributing to reusable UI componentspatterns documentatio
  RESTful APIs autherroredge cases handling
• Comfortable mentoring and uplifting team capability
  Portfolio required
