Senior Duty Manager – Farnborough

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Duty Manager to join our Farnborough team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the Centre Management Team in the day-to-day operation of the business. You will lead by example, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high operational standards, and coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

You will be a visible presence around the centre, helping to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Willingness to lead from the front and get involved in all areas of the business.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
