Inspire Trampoline Academy provide quality of coaching to young people within our area, where positivity is at the foundation of what we do. We have classes throughout the week in East London and also deliver sessions on behalf of schools.

Due to expansion we have exciting opportunities and are looking for trampoline / DMT coaches, You will be required to

• comfortably deliver high-quality sessions at a variety of levels, abilities and age groups from children through to teenagers.
• Set up and down equipment
• Ability to inspire, motivate and support pupils in a successful and dynamic club
• Up-to-date knowledge of Trampoline technique, strength and conditioning
• A strong work ethic and a flexible attitude
• Positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach to life, with a can-do attitude
• Prepare your own lesson plans
• Level 2 coach

Ability to think creatively and imaginatively

• Lead warm up\cool down and conditioning sessions
• Committed to professional development and show a willingness to undertake appropriate training for this role
• Promote the club
• To have appropriate communications with staff/pupils and parents
• Knowledge of the competition circuit is a bonus

In return, we will support and help upskill our coaches, with various courses and CPD.

The rate of pay will be dependent on skills and experience.

This role requires the job holder to have an online Enhanced DBS check, or be willing to complete one in order to be eligible for consideration for this role.
