Job Summary

Bryanston is seeking a dedicated full-time Matron to join us in one of our boys’ boarding houses. Reporting to the House Parent, your duties will include all aspects of pupil care, both pastoral and practical including a close working relationship with the Medical Centre. You will also liaise with both the Housekeeping and Estates departments to ensure that the boarding house is maintained to a high standard.

This non-residential post will ideally suit someone with considerable experience of working with children, preferably in a Matron role or similar. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, flexible, and a strong communicator who will be fully committed to providing the best possible care to our boarding pupils.
