Private Medical Insurance Telesales Advisor (Home Based)

Pay: From £13.00 per hour plus uncapped bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Private Medical Insurance Telesales Advisor to join our growing team. Working from home, you will engage with prospective customers and help them find suitable Private Medical Insurance solutions through our partnership with Vitality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets while helping customers protect their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to discuss Private Medical Insurance options.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and costs.
  • Build rapport and maintain a professional and consultative approach throughout the sales journey.
  • Achieve individual sales and quality targets.
  • Follow up on enquiries and provide customers with any additional information required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and positive customer outcomes at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and close sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets and performance objectives.
