Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Care Co-ordinator to join our team in our Bellshill office, based in Strathclyde Business Park. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of our care services, matching clients with suitable Care Professionals and overseeing care plans to uphold our high standards of service. We only schedule visits of 1 hour or more, so no 15 minutes visits. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule weekly care visits to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure schedules are prepared considering travel time, holidays, training and last minute cancellations.
  • Match clients with appropriate Care Professionals based on their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and Care Professionals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise Care Professionals to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to care coordination using IT systems.
  • Support Care Professionals with training and ongoing development.
  • Promote a positive team environment aligned with our mission of outstanding elder care.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supervising or coordinating care services is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills essential for liaising with clients, families, and team members.
  • Valid driving license is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of care planning processes.
  • Resilience and be able to work under pressure
  • IT literacy for managing schedules and documentation.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.
  • Leadership qualities to support team development.
