Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in office and administrative experience to contribute to a welcoming environment for our patients. The ideal applicant will be organised, personable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Managing appointment scheduling and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as necessary
  • Processing payments and insurance claims in accordance with practice procedures
  • Coordinating with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Managing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
