Full job description

A vacancy has become available for two Part Time Medical Receptionists at Mount Pleasant Practice.

We are looking for competent and reliable individuals with excellent communication skills to join our friendly team.

We are a busy Practice, and the ideal applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise their workload effectively. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly and helpful approach.

Duties will include but are not limited to dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing prescriptions, managing appointment diary, signposting patients to the appropriate service, filing results and all general reception duties.

The post is for 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shift cover includes 8am starts OR 6pm finish.
