For candidates with 5+ years of medical administration experience, there is the opportunity to be appointed as a Senior Administrator, with an enhanced salary reflecting experience and additional responsibilities.

The Role

This is a varied, patient-facing position where you'll play an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy clinics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Booking, amending and managing appointments
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Managing patient recalls and clinic communications
  • Liaising with private medical insurance companies
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting stock control and general administration
  • Assisting with the daily operation and presentation of both clinics
  • Setting up and putting away reformer Pilates equipment as required

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and working as part of a supportive team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administrative experience (medical administration is desirable)
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Is organised, efficient and has strong attention to detail
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Is looking for a long-term career with opportunities to progress

Applicants with 5 or more years of medical administration experience will be considered for a Senior Administrator position.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as travel between our Prestwick and Stewarton clinics is required.
  • Comfortable carrying out light to moderate manual handling duties, including setting up and storing reformer Pilates equipment.
