Full job description

We are recruiting for 1 Care Coordinator to join our friendly team.

Roles Available:

  • 15-20 hours per week (permanent)

Our practice operates between 7:30am and 6:30pm (Mon–Fri).
Shifts will fall within these hours, and flexibility is essential.

About the Role

This is a key front-line position supporting the smooth running of reception and administration.

You will:

  • Manage incoming telephone calls and patient queries
  • Provide professional face-to-face reception support
  • Book and manage appointments
  • Process prescriptions
  • Scan and manage clinical documents
  • Assist with Subject Access Requests
  • Work confidently within the clinical system
  • Support wider administrative workflows

The role is varied, fast-paced and patient-focused. Full training will be provided.

Essential

  • GCSE level education (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • Calm and professional approach in a busy environment
  • Flexible and reliable

Desirable

  • Experience in a GP or healthcare setting
  • Previous Care Coordinator experience
  • Knowledge of TPP Systmone clinical system
