We are a friendly, well-established mixed dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our professional and welcoming team.

This is a key front-of-house role within a busy practice, ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an efficient diary system
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments and managing patient accounts
  • Supporting clinicians and the practice manager with administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in line with GDPR
  • Ensuring the reception area remains organised and presentable

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist (essential)
  • Experience working in an NHS/private mixed practice preferred
  • Confident using dental software systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, calm, and empathetic manner
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
