We are looking for a friendly and efficient Medical Administrative Assistant to join our busy Medical Centre, providing vital support to pupils, parents, staff and healthcare professionals.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll coordinate medical appointments and referrals, manage confidential records and correspondence, liaise with external healthcare providers, and provide a welcoming first point of contact within the Medical Centre.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, compassionate and discreet, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Whether arranging appointments, handling sensitive information or supporting the wider Medical Centre team, you'll play an important role in helping to ensure our pupils receive the best possible care and support.
Hours: Term time only, Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 12.00pm
Salary: £9,565.41 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay)
